Bluewater offer a range of different Group Fitness classes, with all fitness levels welcome to each class. 

Boxing
A full body workout that packs a punch. Focusing on technique and specific drills, boxing will improve your cardiovascular fitness power, agility and coordination.

Studio Strength 
This class includes a range of equipment including body-weight, kettlebells and some functional equipment. This class helps develop strength, endurance, mobility and fat loss.

Pilates
Primarily mat work, with focuses on developing a strong core with specific body-weight exercised. Benefits of Pilates include improved posture, greater flexibility, improved circulation, longer endurance and reduced stress.

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
This class will include a variety of exercises to get your whole body moving and heart pumping. This class allows you to take control of your workout, push yourself as hard as you like.

Yoga
Yoga Restorative is a nice gentle class focusing on deep tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascia networks. Yoga Flow is an energetic and dynamic yoga class that will strengthen and stretch the body and mind.

HIIT
High intensity interval training has been proven to get results fast. This class is great to burn energy in a short amount of time. HIIT is powerful and explosive exercise completed in short intervals. This class is a full body workout and can be modified to suit all fitness levels.

HIIT and CORE

High intensity interval training to get your heart pumping with the addition of core exercises which compliment to ensure you're getting a full body workout in a short amount of time.

Spin
Maintain a fast cadence then progress to an intense hill climb while listening to motivating music on our fully adjustable body bikes. High - intensity cycling classes build enduring, strengthen the core and tone your muscles.   

CORE

Core is a short 30 minute class that focuses on building your stability core muscles. This is to help prevent commonly occurring injuries.

Strength and mobility

This class is a combination of bodyweight exercises, yoga poses and mobility techniques to increase body control, flexibility, joint health and mobility. Improving overall movement quality to enhance performance.

Step

Elevate your fitness with this high energy step class! With easy-to-follow moves and strength building exercises, you'll burn calories, improve agility and tone your entire body. A fun and effective workout for all fitness levels.
