From Friday 19 November 2021, there are a number of changes to Bluewater’s operations in accordance with the State Government Roadmap and COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria.

The operations at Bluewater Leisure have been significant impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate and thank our users for their ongoing support and understanding while we continue to adapt to the necessary changes under the State Government COVID-19 restrictions.

Colac Otway Shire is a great community, and we are proud to be able to continue to provide access to the Bluewater facility during these uncertain times.
