  • Patrons who enter the facility will need to scan the QR code OR manually sign in and out, enter their details upon entry and exiting, in line with State Government requirements.

  • Change rooms, toilets and showers will be open across the facility for use with strict social distancing enforced in these areas

  • Gym users will be required to bring a towel and they must wipe down equipment with sanitising wipes provided, before and after use. Users may be denied entry if they do not follow these strict hygiene practices which are in place to keep all of our users as safe as possible.

  • From Monday November 23rd bookings for the pool are no longer required. 

  • Due to current guidelines and restrictions in line with user groups – there will be times throughout the week where the pool is unavailable for public use. These times will slightly vary week to week. This information will be communicated on the Friday before via our Facebook Page, Website, availability board in the foyer, there will also be a hand out available at our Customer Service Desk for easy access.

  • The online booking portal is live from Friday November 20 at 5:30am. This will allow our members and casual users to book their own Gym and Group Fitness sessions online. Bookings can also be made by phoning our Customer Service Team on 52329551.

  • Gym sessions can be booked for 75 minutes to accommodate the limited capacity of 20 per space, in line with restrictions.

  • Masks will need to be worn when moving in and around the centre.
    They do not need to be worn in the pool spa or sauna.
    They will need to worn when moving about the gym, however, do not have to be worn when undertaking strenuous exercises.
