Personal training is a great way to get started on your fitness journey or to take your training to a new level.

There are three very different options for your personal training experience at Bluewater. One on one personal training, open group training and private group training.

One on one personal training

Bluewater’s experienced personal trainers cater to all fitness levels and will tailor a training program that will suit your needs, time constraints and get you results. We have trainers who can provide advice on nutrition, exercise rehabilitation, pre and post natal exercise, strength and conditioning and lots more.

Open group training

Group training is a great option for people wanting to train in a social environment. You can train with family or friends or meet new people, all with the support of a qualified personal trainer. Bluewater’s group training involves 10 sessions over a five-week period with a maximum of 10 participants per group.

Bluewater currently offers the following open group training times and payment options:

Marcus:      Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 5:30pm

Kylie:          Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:15am

Casey:        Monday and Thursday afternoons at 5:30pm

Private group training

Private group training gives you the option to recruit your friends or family to join you on your personal training journey. A great way to make personal training more affordable and heaps of fun working out with your friends, challenging each other and keeping each other accountable. Private group training is available for up to 4 people and can be purchased session by session or in blocks of 5 or 10.
