Personal training is a great way to get started on your fitness journey or to take your training to a new level.
There are two different options for your personal training experience at Bluewater. One on one personal training, private group training & open group training.
One on one personal training
Bluewater’s experienced personal trainers cater to all fitness levels and will tailor a training program that will suit your needs, time constraints and get you results. We have trainers who can provide advice on nutrition, exercise rehabilitation, pre and post natal exercise, strength and conditioning and lots more.
Private group training
Private group training gives you the option to recruit your friends or family to join you on your personal training journey. A great way to make personal training more affordable and heaps of fun working out with your friends, challenging each other and keeping each other accountable. Private group training is available for up to 4 people and can be purchased session by session or in blocks of 5 or 10.
Open group training
Open group training is even more affordable for you and others to get a personal trainer to keep help you towards your goals while keeping you accountable. Open group training can see a range people with varying fitness levels train in a fun and friendly environment while have a heap of fun. Open group training requires a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 12 people. These sessions can be purchased in a blocks of 10.
