Live Group Fitness Programs

Exercise to music and reap the benefits of a supportive team environment with Bluewater’s group fitness classes. Led by an experienced fitness professional, these classes are designed so you can work at an intensity that suits you, while receiving encouragement and motivation to challenge your fitness goals. Classes range in intensity and difficulty so there’s something to suit everyone, whether it be cardio, strength, flexibility or core stability you’re seeking.

About our Group Fitness classes

With a variety of live instructor led classes held per week you are sure to find a time and class that suits you. Join our indoor cycling classes, Spin, which are held in our dedicated spin studio. Why not bring a friend and take out your frustrations during Boxing, a rejuvenating high intensity cardio class. If you'd prefer a slower pace class, focus on your core, breathing and flexibility in our Pilates class. We also offer HIIT, Met Con, Stadium Strength, Yoga Flow and Yoga Restorative to give you complete variety in group fitness programs on offer.

Bluewater group fitness programs generally run for 45 minutes however we also provide 60 minute yoga classes and a range of 30 minute classes for a short, sharp workout. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time and don't forget your water bottle and towel!  Please note that participants will be granted access to the class no later than 5 minutes after the class scheduled starting time.

 About our group fitness classes


An energetic and dynamic yoga class that will strengthen and stretch the body and mind.  No yoga experience is necessary, but a moderate level of fitness is recommended. Yoga Restorative & Flow classes available.


Held in Bluewater’s dedicated spin Studio, this high intensity cycling class builds speed, strength, cardiovascular fitness and lactic tolerance. Instructors will mix it up between riding at a fast pace to tackling a hill climb, all while listening to great music to keep you motivated.

Met Con

Met Con is an intense workout which places a large demand on your body's 3 energy systems to burn maximum calories during and after your workout.


These classes work on technique and boxing-specific drills, while ensuring you get a great full body workout. Boxing will improve your cardiovascular fitness, power, agility and coordination.


Our matwork Pilates class focuses on developing a strong core with specific bodyweight exercises. Pilates can help improve your posture, flexibility, circulation and endurance, and combat stress levels.


Stadium Strength

Stadium Strength is a functional high intensity class that primarily uses the grandstand, bodyweight exercises and functional training equipment. The class develops strength, power, endurance, mobility and fat loss.
